New Building
The Headteacher and Governors are delighted to announce a major new development at Windlesham School. The new project will include:
- A new and modern gym
- Larger and modernised classrooms in the 180 School building – including one additional classroom
- New changing rooms and cloakrooms
- The replacement of the current temporary classrooms
- A development for catering facilities to be installed
The new buildings are not intended to increase the number of pupils in the School but to significantly improve the current facilities.
Further details will be released over the coming months. The building work commenced in July 2019 and is due to complete in July 2020.
Windlesham School is proud to be one of only a few truly independent day schools in Brighton. Our School aims to enable children to develop as happy, balanced individuals, who respond positively to every new challenge. The announcement of this major development to the School premises will help to create new opportunities for all our pupils as the School continues to look to the future.
