ISI Inspection

Windlesham School is accredited by the Independent Schools Council and the Head is a Member of the Independent Schools Association (ISA).

Windlesham School met all standard of the Educational Quality Inspection in 2026.

In writing the report, the inspectors were at a loss to find recommendations for future development. These have been supplied by the school.

Leaders and governors have a common vision for the school, which is appropriately informed by rigorous self-evaluation and detailed development planning.
Teachers show high expectations.
Teachers demonstrate good subject knowledge, skills and expertise.
Teachers plan lessons which are appropriately focused on pupils’ developmental needs and enable all individuals to make good progress.
Teachers boost pupils’ self-esteem effectively through consistent verbal praise of their diligence, self-application and consequent success.
Leaders maintain a robust safeguarding culture.
Leaders and staff implement suitable safeguarding processes and procedures.
Pupils are confident to articulate the awe and wonder they feel concerning matters beyond the immediately physical and they show clear appreciation of others’ opinions.
