EYFS Oral Health Survey Oral Health Questionnaire Dear Parents and carers, As you may know, Oral Health is an important part of the Early Years curriculum. In both Nursery and Reception we promote healthy eating and talk to the children about tooth brushing and looking after their teeth. Following on from this we would like to survey our families to ask some questions about dental wellbeing.
